I could have added .67 more but didn't feel like going up 244th hill by my house.
I liked this route I did too. Added a mile loop.
I'm still wondering if the pace is correct. I think it should be 9:30. I have absolutely no speed... just like skating was. No matter how much I worked on the sprints... so not doing it with running. :p
I need a GARMIN!! Sponsors?? Anyone??
