What a beautiful day to run! Sunny and 60s.
OMG! Next time I need to take note on Clarise's workout more carefully. Thought we where running for 45 - 50 minutes... NOT.

Total Distance: 7.65 mi.
Pace: 09:24 (avg)
Things to remember next time I run distance. 1) Don't go out fast the first mile. Go out slower 10+ m/m 2) Don't take Excederin 3) get a better nights sleep. 4) Get a Garmin (as if I had the money for one!)
I walked 4 or 5 times for less then 30 seconds. One time for 1 minute before I turned around. (Out and back on the Sammamish Trail)
Shoes: I don't like running on the trail with the Newtons for some reason. My calves hurt me the last 1.5 miles but think that is due to dehydration. I had a rhythm going the first 3.5+ miles then I realized I had another 3.5+ miles to go back home! Blown rhythm.
That last mile I must have looked like I was about to pass out!
I'm glad I did it. Thanks Clarise.
Garmins are a good investment. I got mine (an older one) off ebay for $130.
