My plan for Tuesday:
9am P.T. (Physical Therapy)
11am Run 6 miles No time goal. i.e., 10 min miles could be 11 min miles.
1pm Weights 30/40 minutes (?) hopefully my motivation will be there still.
Still wishing that Garmin would fall out of a tree so I can keep track better.
AND it's MAC compatible.
