Wow. Can't believe I am actually doing this. Why am I doing this blog?
Training log for my goal of running my first 1/2 marathon June 27th. Maybe I can find someone who gives free, logical advise on what I need to do to get through it.
After years of Inline speedskating, bike racing etc. I have never really ran in anything before. Okay there was the 5K I did as a joke.
If you need any advice. I can try to help. I am only on my third 1/2. Just take the running one day at a time.
