Update

I biked on Sunday and my shoulder still isn't bothering me (much). Nice day to ride too. 70s and sunny. Can't wait to get on my TT bike. (My Cervelo P3 is Red and black)




Today went on a short 2.25 mile run and then walked for 1.15 hrs (about 51/2 miles).

Back to "work" tomorrow.
