I changed my web address and other information for reasons that only my dad will know.
Run: 5.45 miles (best guess)
Time: 48+ minutes and then for 4 minutes did a few sprints.
Avg: 9 min miles (best guess)
Pilates afterward. Core is getting stronger AND so is my shoulder.
