Why do I feel so tired! I didn't run a 1/2 marathon like some people. Would going as hard as I could for 3.1 miles make me feel like this? If I was to do a 1/2 marathon, I would be pacing myself but still trying to push a little.
Is it wrong just to do Pilates and then 2 mile jog/walk?
Nothing wrong with taking a recovery day if you need it.
