Friday: 315 feet of climbing in about 5.5 miles. Says it all.
Pilates and then a walk of 2.25 miles in the afternoon. You would think my legs where tired.
Poor dog is.
Saturday: My legs are tired! Ran 4.5 miles 9 min/miles.
Biked with daughter for 3 miles and arm felt good. Might go out tomorrow and really test it.
