My goals for 2010:
Eat more healthy .. cook healthy foods for the family
Run a 1/2 marathon in 1:45
Start swimming and biking again
Do 1 or 2 Duathlon's
Do 1 or 2 sprint tri's (if shoulder lets me)
Do more 10Ks
Lose the ever present 5-8 pounds and keep it off!
Be Healthy and Injury free.
